In addition to being an HSP expert and bestselling author, I am an energy and body coach.
With over 25 years of experience, I bring depth, knowledge, and versatility to my work. My focus is on supporting your health and recovery, tailoring each session to your personal needs and concerns.
I have a medical background in Eastern techniques (TCM, Zen Shiatsu, and the Chakra system) and Western Movement Sciences (including anatomy, physiology, and psychology).
Together with a finely tuned intuition, I integrate all of this knowledge into a hybrid, compassionate approach that unites body, mind, and energy.
